I value my health as well as the health of you, your family, my family, and the general community. I am fully vaccinated and boosted, however below are the steps I feel are necessary to keep everyone safe. If you are not willing to follow the below guidelines I will gladly reschedule work on your piano once this global pandemic concludes. If you would like to discuss or modify the below please contact me at 303-475-8098 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
What I need you to do prior to the appointment time:
- If you, or anyone in your household, feel sick or there is a risk you’ve been exposed to the virus please call to reschedule/cancel immediately (even if it is 1 minute before I’m set to arrive).
- Remove all items (music, pencil, decorative, etc) from the piano.
- Wipe down the case of the piano with a damp cloth of water and dish soap.
- Wipe down the keys of the piano with a damp cloth of a 50%/50% solution of isopropyl alcohol and water.
- Communicate any issues with the piano either by phone or with a list on the instrument.
- Leave payment (cash, check to “Hebert Piano Services LLC”, or credit card) on the piano.
- Unlock the door or whatever previous arrangements have been discussed for entry to your home.
While I’m in your home:
- You may remain in your home but please no in-person greetings or conversation. All conversations should be via phone or text. We should not be in the same room at the same time.
- No pets in the area of the piano.
- No noise. This includes TV, music, voices, vacuum cleaners, dishwashers, and construction.
What I will do at your home:
- Wear a mask.
- Wipe down the piano case and keys once work is complete.
- Call you to let you know I’ve completed the work and left a receipt on the piano.
These policies and procedures may change as the situation changes.
